Sports massage is a targeted treatment that aims to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, enhance recovery, and support athletic performance.

No. Sports massage is suitable for runners, gym-goers, office workers, and anyone experiencing muscle tightness or discomfort. 

The pressure can be adjusted according to your comfort level. Some areas of tension may feel tender, but treatment should remain manageable.  

This depends on your training load, recovery needs, and goals. Active individuals often benefit from sessions every 2–6 weeks. High performance sports may requires individual to receive weekly treatment especially when workouts intensify.

Light to moderate exercise is usually fine. Intense training immediately after a deep treatment may not be recommended and counter productive and may leads to injury when the relaxed muscle is tensioned right after treatment .

Comfortable sportswear that allows access to the treatment area is recommended.

Sports massage may help manage muscle tightness and support recovery, but it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Sessions are available in various durations, such as 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs. Trouble spots may require more attention and may stretch to 90mins.

Yes. Training plans are tailored to your goals, fitness level, schedule, and injury history.

Plans are reviewed and adjusted regularly based on progress, feedback, and training data. 

Yes. Coaching can be conducted online with communication through messaging, calls, and training platforms. Initial assessment will be conducted on-site.

Training plans are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate work, travel, illness, or other commitments. To discuss with coach on travel and work itinerary that may impact training schedule and customise plan to be inserted for travels if possible.

While not mandatory, a GPS watch can provide useful training data to optimize your coaching experience.

Coaching focuses on structured training, recovery, and accountability to maximize your chances of achieving your goals. Trainees to take ownership and follow the program through as much as possible.

Performance Testing FAQ

Performance testing evaluates fitness metrics such as aerobic capacity, threshold, running economy, heart rate zones, and pacing strategies. 

Anyone looking to train smarter, establish training zones, or measure fitness improvements. 

Examples include lactate threshold testing, VO₂-related assessments, running gait analysis, and field-based performance evaluations. 

Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and avoid hard training 24–48 hours before the test. 

Most sessions take between 60 and 90 minutes including briefing and result review. 

Yes. A detailed report and recommendations will be provided following the assessment. 

Every 3–6 months is common for tracking progress and updating training zones. 

Testing protocols are conducted progressively and can be modified based on individual fitness and health considerations. 

Retail Products FAQ

We offer sports nutrition and recovery products such as energy gels, hydration mixes, electrolytes, recovery drinks, and accessories. 

The best gel depends on your sport, race duration, carbohydrate needs, and digestive tolerance. 

Hydration products may contain fluids, carbohydrates, and electrolytes, while electrolyte products primarily replace minerals lost through sweat. 

Yes. Training is the best opportunity to test nutrition strategies before race day. 

Some products contain caffeine while others are caffeine-free. Product descriptions will indicate this clearly. 

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and stock availability. 

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened consumable products are generally non-refundable. 

Yes. We can recommend suitable products and race fueling strategies based on your event and goals.
